INOV8 Roclite 243
For what it's intended for it is a very high quality trail runner.
Pros
- Flexible
- Construction
- Light
- Grip
- Ventilation
Cons
- Specialized
- Zero drop not for everyone
This shoe is best for short to medium trail runs on loose dirt.
The grip is fantastic. The shoe is very lightweight, the construction is great, ventilation is good.
The only problem for me is that it would not be useful for hikes or any crossover purpose (except perhaps as an approach shoe for taking on climbing routes).
The flexibility would mean that you feel small rocks, but my foot has all the freedom to move naturally.
