Isis Whisper Hoodie

I am terribly disappointed with this product. At first, I loved it. It was stylish and warm. Then, rather quickly, it started losing all its down.

I've had it for two years now and it has many quilted areas where there is no down left. It no longer keeps me warm in the winter, which is what it was purchased for, and it was not inexpensive. To make matters worse, I emailed the company to express my concern and they could not even be bothered to reply to my email. Not even an automated response!

I am very, very disappointed with Isis and wouldn't buy any of their products again.
