"The JanSport Equinox Backpack easily transitions from the trails to the streets and is large enough to hold a full day's worth of gear. The technical features of the Equinox include lashing straps for extra gear, a quick-stash pocket with daisy chain clip points, and compression straps to keep the load over your center of gravity. Some of the more practical features of the Equinox are the ergonomic S-curved shoulder straps, the inside organizer with nylon pouches and secure-close pockets, and the expandable mesh pockets that are perfect for quart-sized water bottles."

From Backcountry Outlet:

Adjustable sternum strap keeps the shoulder straps at a comfortable width, while the padded back with moisture-wicking mesh promotes cooling airflow. Mesh side pockets can hold water bottles so you can stay hydrated. Elaborate organizer keeps accessories in order. Includes ice axe loop, daisy chain and lash straps to carry extra gear. Nylon webbing hipbelt helps keep pack stable as you stroll. Closeout."

"I love this pack! I mainly use it for overnight travel; it's perfect for running through the airport and just the right size to put under the seat on the plane. It holds everything I need for two days out and is very comfortable to wear. And it looks cool to boot."
