Nylon and leather uppers withstand the abuse of winter; slip-on style facilitates easy entry and exit. KEEN.DRY™ waterproof breathable membranes keep feet dry while allowing perspiration to dissipate before it saturates the inside of the shoe. 200g KEEN.WARM™ insulation blend ensures warmth and comfort in cold conditions during active use. Removable thermal footbeds feature soft wool on top, cushy EVA in the middle and a heat shield to reduce temperature conductivity and keep feet warm. Compression-molded EVA midsoles offer shock absorption and padding for all-day comfort. Nylon shanks add rigidity and confidence to your step. S3 (shock, suspension, stability) heel support structure supports the feet on impact, dissipates shock and reduces the chance of twisting an ankle. Durable and nonmarking dual-climate rubber outsoles react to different temperatures to provide optimal traction on wet, dry and frozen surfaces."
