Being an ardent photographer, I often like to take digital movies in difficult areas. The Komperdell integral camera mount gives me camera stability at just about any height. The ability to put on or not put on the anti-shock gives me more intelligent use. The compact size easily fits on luggage. As a walking trekking stick, it's a lightweight companion.
