User Review: La Sportiva Nepal
Rating: ![]()
Materials: Leather
Use: Trail/climbing/ice
Break-in Period: About 25 miles
Weight: average
Price Paid: I paid under $300
They broke in very fast compared to other leather boots I have used. Great for summer alpine climbing, doing some glacier climbing and trail/approach. Even work on Ramer ski bindings. Problems are the wear out the toe groove fast and now my crampons dont fit as secure as they should plus hinged crampons must fit very tight or they will twist off even when new. I went through several pairs before I found a pair without deffects. My local dealer has had a high return rate on all LaSportive boots
