I bought this boot after having worn one of its bigger brothers--the K3--in Mexico. The Pacific Crest had a similar comfortable fit for my wide feet as the K3. However! my hiking companion (I swear it was his fault) led me to waist-deep snow on the way down Yosemite point and the green coloring on the inside of the boot bled into my socks. Yeech! it looked as if I squished 3 dozen caterpillars...
