A nice summer bag, light and comfortable. You won't get overheated in it, but you might get cold if it dips into the 50s depending on what you wear to bed. Lafuma's ratings are VERY liberal when compared to other makes, even the "comfort" rating of 48F. Lafuma has tiered ratings and this bag is often advertised at the mid-rating of 37F, which I would rate as extreme (their extreme rating is 23F - I would get hypothermia if I tried that). I've learned to use two bags--the One Kilo and another light bag together--for when I'm out in 30 degree weather, which isn't that often. This use has been very effective for me as it leaves my options open for when the weather is hard to predict, and still doesn't take up that much room in my pack.
