I am very happy with my Lowa Renegades. They are one of the most comfortable boots I have ever worn, on or off the trail (for me, comfortable shoes or boots are very rare). They provide excellent ankle support and after several rough hiking trips and extensive "around town" use, they are as comfortable as the day I bought them. One year later, they show no signs of degradation in performance.
Bought at Lowa's online clearance store (lowaboots.com).

Bought at Lowa's online clearance store (lowaboots.com). Really comfy, but they stretch out after about 50 miles and the seams start to rip. Too many seams. I recommend these if you can't find comfy shoes and are willing to replace them fairly often.
