Upon 1st putting the shoes on, they were very soft and comfortable, a little bit tight, but they soon stretched to the form of my foot. The soles are so soft and traction is great. They feel like bedroom slippers, but they are tough and will take a a lot of abuse. This is a great shoe. The word is SOFT AND COMFORTABLE!
