User Review: Mammut Cerro Jacket

Mammut Cerro Jacket
Above: The current Cerro Jacket, which may differ slightly from the version reviewed.

Rating: rated 4 of 5 stars
Fabric: Schoeller WB400
Price Paid: $135

The previous review is misleading -- the whole jacket is made from Schoeller WB400 with Nanosphere treatment. There is no piece of Shoeller Dynamic anywhere, which is totally different animal. I think this is a very good jacket, with trim fit and nice features -- external pockets located high to not interfere with harness and two internal pockets. What's missing is a drawcord collar -- at least with my neck there is a huge gap, which is not a good thing for a shell, especially a warm one. That's why I returned it in favor of Mammut Laser Jacket (also made from WB400), which has an attached hood that gives even more protection.
