I bought this boot because it is the most comfortable of any brand, and is designed in such a way that seems to propel me into and out of each step, also, they are the most attractive boots of all brands.
It doesn't have as good of ankle and heel support (for my feet) as the Montrail Torre, but it is suitable for my uses, day hike and snowshoeing. If I were going backpacking for more than a day I would go with Montrail, but this is only because of my feet being short toes and wide.
If you find shoes easily, and most shoes fit you then I would get them.
