This was an experiment. I have a Marmot Arroyo summer…

Rating: rated 5 of 5 stars
Design: Rect./nylon shell micro fleece liner
Fill: Marmot Dri-Clime
Temperature Rating: n/a tested ok 64 F
Weight: 12 oz
Price Paid: $80

This was an experiment. I have a Marmot Arroyo summer bag which is the best summer/3 season bag I think. The Black Magic is a great 'super liner'/ ultra lite summer bag. I tested it for a week in northern Canada late summer. at 64F or above its fine. Below 60F if have to get up in the night you won't die, but, you won't get warm again unless you sleep with a t-shirt and fleece vest. But an alround very utilitarian bag in spite of it's Marmot price. Complements a Polarguard Fleece blanket perfectly for almost any casual trip. Sheds dampness in sunlight very fast. A cool extravagance. JOB
