Took this pack with me for a three-week trip across Europe. It held up well and was more comfortable on the long hikes around the city. The only bad thing, it the removable pack is almost too small to really fit anything more than a light jacket in.
Here's what other sites are saying:
Large enough for efficient packers to use on multi-day outings, the Marmot Eiger 55 is a serious multi-purpose pack with Marmots famous suspension that comfortably supports any load. A removable front pocket/daypack is ideal for quick day outings away from camp. You can also carry skis in a couple of different configurations.
