I've used this pack for almost four years and I love it. I originally bought it for rock climbing as I needed a stronger, well padded pack for the weight of the gear and it was perfect. Its also great as a day pack, using either the detachable front pocket alone or the main pack separately to cut back on weight. It also works well for backpacking and seems to hold exactly what I need for a long weekend without a problem. It adjusts easily and is very well padded. The only negative I've found is the hole for the bladder tube is too small.
