Marmot Loft 3P

I have loved this tent. It has gone with me to the deserts of western Utah, to the over 10,000 summits of the Wasatch Mtns. You must stake this tent down either with dead men or stakes. I didn't do this and thought that my gear would hold it down. Bad mistake!!! It is a well made tent but I have had the hardest time with Marmot to get me a replacement set of poles. Which I am willing to pay for. 110 Mph microburst will do that with an unstaked tent.

Still I would buy it again if customer support were a little more helpful. I may have to just bag it and go with Mtn Hardwear or Arc'teryx. I hate to go away from a company that I have bought from for over 20 yrs but what do you do if you can't get an answer from them after 6 or 7 calls and e-mails. But it did stand up to a 110Mph micro burst and only broke the poles. No rips in the tent.
