I love this vest! I find most winter jackets to be too bulky, especially with activities such as snowshoeing and cool-weather hiking. It compresses down small in a stuff sack and keeps you toasty warm at your core when you need to be. When you don't need the warmth, simply unzip it. It's also great for activities that take you in and out of buildings frequently because you don't always have to take your coat off. I'd highly recommend this.
