Rating: rated 4 of 5 stars
Materials: Gore-tex
Use: about 300 miles a month mostly offroad and trail running also.
Price Paid: $109

After owning North Face 104 Gore-tex XCR's I must say these are much more comfortable out of the box and share the same waterproofness feature but appear to have a much more balanced traction with much superior water draining if you step into a creek which fills the shoe. Hence you don't run in a pothole of water for a long distance. Kudos!!!!!!!!!

The Gore-Tex construction blocks moisture as you splash through puddles, and the Vibram sole grips loose terrain. The Overdrive Gore-Tex XCR trail shoes' lace locking system makes it easy to tighten up during your runs, and a mesh lining on the inside reduces friction.
