"The Cadillac Harness by Misty Mountain is one of the more comfortable and versatile harnesses that Misty makes. Use it sport climbing for a big, beefy harness that gives you a cush fall and lets you spend time hanging with comfort, but the Cadillac is most comfortable on traditional routes. With an inner waistbelt layer that spreads forces over 2.7 times more padded surface area, and a contour cut swami that is 4.3" wide in the back for support, narrowing to just 2" at the tie in. Sitting in your harness on hanging belays, aid climbing, or just that all day wear, the Cadillac will keep you from getting fatigued and allow you to remain in cushioned comfort throughout your climb. Adjustable leg loops taper from a wide 3" in back to a small 1.3" in front. Wrapped in a wide lightweight nylon webbing with spreads forces over twice the surface area for comfort."

Totally reworked, this harness is packed with features including a fleece lined foam swami pad and double buckle entry system for total adjustability. Leg loops are fully adjustable, droppable with comfort foam padding; quick-release adjustable hold up system. As with all good big-wall harnesses the Cadillac features a full strength belay loop and rear haul loop and captive reinforced tie-in points. Keep your gear organized with 6 gear loops; 4 are positioned up and 2 are angled down; double buckle entry allows for symmetric gear loop positioning. Ergonomic buckles with "Danger" stamp alerts you if your harness is not doubled back. "I got a deal on the older style harness (no fleece-lining) through Mountain Gear. This harness does a good job overall. I would say its weakest aspect is durability, second to value. The first things to go were the leg loop straps on the back of the harness."
