User Review: Moss Tents Titan GT

Rating: rated 5 of 5 stars
Design: 3-4 season convertible tent
Sleeps: 2
Ease of Setup: Slightly difficult
Weight: 8.5 lbs.
Price Paid: $399

Purchased this wonderful tent on sale, and I've had the pleasure of using it for over a year now. I love the zip open panels located in front of the tent that gives you an open unobstructed view, and when the weather turns nasty or you desire privacy just zip them up -- so simple, yet effictive!

Every detail from the stitching to the bomp proof fly is outstanding. It is a good idea to practice setting up at home prior to doing it in the field because the pole and clips on the tent can be tricky, but once you know where everything goes, it's easy. Due to the numerous mesh paneling I ran into no problems using this tent in the summer, it breathed well and caused no condensation. When used in winter it was great at shedding rain and blowing snow.

I use to bring a light 5lb. Kelty winfoil Ultralite when backpacking. Now I don't mind hauling this 8lb. home away from home because it's worth the suffering when you get so much comfort when inside!
