For a breathable waterproof (which usually leans one way or the other) it's not that bad. It is not very waterproof, not that I was expecting it to be, but is better than most other spring/breathable jackets.
The thing that has me the most confused is the liner zipper inside. I feel like it should have come with a liner or at least tried to sell me on a liner that is compatible.
