This is my favorite multipurpose item for foul weather.

Rating: rated 4.5 of 5 stars
Price Paid: 100$

This is my favorite multipurpose item for foul weather.

I am currently living in Alaska and in the fall/spring I use it with a running shirt while running when it is raining with all the vents open. Put a puffy under it and use it for halibut and salmon fishing in sh***y weather. Put a puffy and base-layer under it and you are ready for some truly foul weather snowshoeing. I also jam it in a stuff sack and carry it with me when backpacking in early spring or late fall in case of rain.

I would give it a full 5 stars; but, there is always room for improvement.
