this is a great bag for mountain biking and hiking.

this is a great bag for mountain biking and hiking. it has an internal frame made from U2 plastic like rods. they support a load comfortably around your waist/shoulder. there are several pouches to store stuff in. you can even use this bag to carry a laptop computer, without looking like a nerd.
