Rating: rated 4 of 5 stars
Design: panel loading, convertible
Size: 3500 cu in
Number of Pockets: 3
Max. Load Carried: 20#
Height of Owner: 5'3"
Price Paid: $69.95

This is an awesome bag. Totally comfortable as a suitcase--padded, handy handles, plus a well-padded shoulder strap. Then you unzip the back and pop out the shoulder straps, snapping their clips into place in a second... and it's a completely comfortable backpack, too. The waist belt is well padded and contoured. The zippers are big and zip smoothly.

The only reason I rated it 4/5 stars is that I want more inner pockets. It has one expandable outside pocket, one smaller top pocket with a zipped mesh pocket within, and one large main pocket.
