Rating: rated 4 of 5 stars
Price Paid: $9

I use a water mechanical water filter but if the water I am filtering is real nasty or questionable I use these drops also (just in case). The bottle is a bit on the large size for a minimalist, but usable. Also it has no nasty iodine taste and they work in only a few seconds, unlike some treatments.

Is this the same stuff sold with the Sweet water and Mini Works? It was $15 for two ounces at REI. The label said it was Sodium Hypochlorite. Well, at Walmart they sell this under the name of Chlorine Bleach for under $3.00 per GALLON! The MSR price is $960 per gallon! Go to REI and buy a Nalgene dropper bottle and put two ounces in. Use two drops per liter, wait 30 minutes before use. It is safe and effective; your city water system uses it!
