Rating: rated 3 of 5 stars
Materials: Leather, with some mesh areas.
Use: Variable Trails (walking to moderately steep hiking)
Break-in Period: Several days
Price Paid: $90

The traction seems to wear away fairly soon (I've only had them for about 5 months, and have mostly used them for walking), and wet traction is poor, at least on artificial surfaces. Body of shoe still holding out pretty well, though. Obviously not waterproof, these hikers are most comfortable in dry, hot areas, like desert country.
