Great customer service is hard to find these days. I put in a call to the folks at Detours because my screw that held the three pot supports had become loose and I lost it unknowingly. Without any hassle they forwarded a new screw in the mail in time for a nice weekend outing. I am very impressed with not only the stove, but the company supporting it!
