The Twin Otter is a nice calm water tandem. Seats slide, so you can adjust your position. This also allows for single use. Can be difficult to control on level 2 waters, running as a single. Great if you paddle with your dog, lots of room.

Here's what other sites are saying:

The way to get your spouse, buddy, or kid into kayaking isnt to slap them into a tippy tandem. The Old Town Twin Otter Kayak has a large cockpit thats easy to get into and a wide design that feels stable on the water. Adjustable foot braces give you and your friend something to push against as you work out the finer details of paddling in tandem, and high seat backs help on all-day tours. A paddle keeper on the side secures your paddle while you board this tandem from a dock or from knee-high water in the lake. When your buddy bails on you at the last minute, simply slide the back seat in this kayak up a bit and paddle solo.
