I work outside in the rain for 4 to 8 hours. This used to be my primary winter jacket until I got the ZeroXposur Jacket

I bought this jacket at Walmart and have had good use out of it. This is a ski jacket rip-off.  It is wind proof. The tag will say waterproof but it only will keep the water out for about 1 to 3 hours of continuous hard rainfall. Understand any material other than PVC will most likely saturate through at some point.

The material started to tear not too soon after I owned it, but it has kept be warm with other layers of clothing underneath in weather down to 20°.  In a light rain or from your car to inside you will be alright otherwise be careful with this jacket.

One nice thing it does have several pockets for storing light items.

I will not purchase another one of these jackets.
