Rating: rated 0 of 5 stars
Price Paid: $89

I purchased two Big Grizzly cots from REI and did not have any trouble with them at first. So for a birthday present I purchased two more but from CABELA'S as REI no longer carried them. (I should have queried this.)

On the birthday the recipient set up the cot, and the leg bent at the spot that touches the ground, whoops. Then examined my older cots and found a bent leg as well.

On contacting the company they promised replacement, but although repeated emails have transpired, no new product has been shipped, I even offered my Visa card to cover all costs....no reply.
