Summary
Well made dry sack with convenient visual access to contents
Pros
- Durable construction
- Unique visual access
Cons
- None
Can't go wrong with the Outdoor Research Window Dry Sack. It's well made and sturdy and hasn't gotten any moisture during my kayak and fishing outings so far (admittedly it's hasn't been submerged yet, so I can't promise it'll be absolutely waterproof in all situations though I expect it would be).
Quality seems tops with a secure roll-top closure, sealed seams, and a nice daisy chain loop set for external attachments. The window is basically icing on the cake. It really is extremely helpful to have a visual on the bag's contents, especially if you have a couple of these in use at the same time — a great way to organize items among several sacks.
All in all a great dry sack that does what it's supposed to do — thumbs up.
