"This jacket is a simple, no frills, no-nonsense goretex paclite shell. Its front closure is a waterproof zip. There's no storm flap over the zip, but the zip works just as efficiently without one. A basic hood design and velcro cuff adjusters, along with a small, useful L/H chest pocket (also with a waterproof zip) complete the jacket."
