Mountain Hardwear Elkommando Kilt
Great for warm weather hiking or backpacking. But could use more belt loops. Also needs a right hand side slash pocket - now if you put something in the slit where you expect a slash pocketAfter a 5 day backpack on the Pacific Crest Trail in the Cascade Mountains of Washington State, I can say that this hiking skirt is definitely better than shorts for warm weather. That is, you get good air circulation where it makes a difference (better cooling than women get) when you wear the skirt without underwear… Full review
Headsweats Race Hat
Super comfortable lightweight ballcap that excels in warm weather. Constructed with fabric that helps draw perspiration away from your head and keep it out of your eyes. Available in many colors. Fantastic hats, have one in every color. This is my go-to hat for most of my outdoor activities. Super breathable and the fabric wicks sweat away easily. Adjustable sizing with rear buckle. The fit is perfect and when I'm done I just drop it in the washer. (Put the hat in a small laundry bag before washing… Full review
Oakley Factory Winter Glove
Warmer than I expected, tough and waterproof. I'm not in the habit of ordering things like boots or gloves online, but I already own another pair of Oakley gloves, which I like, so I decided to go ahead and try these. The price was also right since I ordered these in August, a long way from the winter they were designed for. The online reviews said to order a size larger. They were right. I sometimes wear a size medium and the large ones fit me perfectly. I wanted a leather snow glove for… Full review

A crew neck and bonded seams create a [sic] active silhouette whilst elastane fibers ensure a perfect fit for all activities.” If we can dismiss the hyperbole, Columbia is offering a shirt that will help users stay cool… Full review
Smartwool Outdoor Sport Light Cushion
Lightweight, breathable with a cushioned sole and open mesh top, these socks work well on their own or as a liner sock. Roughly a crew height with a comfortable bit of compression support along with their ability to dry quickly make these especially useful in hot weather. The Smartwool Outdoor Sport is a very versatile sock that functions well on its own in lightweight sport shoe applications, but also does a great job as a liner sock when wearing heavier boots. Fit and Comfort: Made from an extremely… Full review
Avalanche Wear Striker Crew
Lightweight, breathable crew neck for runners, hikers, and bikers. Interesting styling touches for a simple tee. At first glance, the Avalanche Wear Striker crew looks like a million other tee shirts on the market. The subtle styling flourishes beg for a second glance. The front and sides of this shirt feature a horizontal striped polyester mesh, while in the center of the back a more breathable closed-hole mesh is featured. Double stitched seams in a contrasting grey are used throughout this… Full review
