Patagonia Women's Re-Tool Snap-T Pullover

rated 5 of 5 stars My favorite piece of clothing! Warm, soft, easy to layer. Have had this for years now and it always comes with me on any sort of trip once it gets chilly. It makes a great soft pillow or pillow cover. I have broader shoulders/long-ish arms and usually run right on the border of M/L so I got a large. It is loose enough to layer under it, while still being able to put on another outer layer. Perfect! Full review

Arc'teryx RHO LTW Neck Gaiter

rated 5 of 5 stars I've got an athletic neck, which means it's small. Been wearing the neck gaiter a few time now and it's warm and not itchy. Fit is the primary thing why I bought this article. It feels great, stretches perfectly and is not itchy. The only thing that could be improved is the price! Full review

MontBell Superior Down Parka

rated 5 of 5 stars Montbell's updated version of its U.L. Down Inner Parka, the Superior Down Parka, is an unbelievably warm ultralight down hoody. The Superior Down Parka is very affordable and it keeps you shockingly warm for its sub-eight ounce weight. This down hoody is plenty warm enough to be a stand alone jacket to 35 degrees, but can be a really warm mid-layer in colder weather when paired with the appropriate outer shell. It is a great three-season jacket that I am sure you will see tons of thru-hikers carrying… Full review

New Balance Performance Underwear 9 Inch Inseam Boxer Brief

rated 5 of 5 stars Long inseam briefs have made a huge difference for me in stopping inner leg chaffing, in rough terrain requiring leg lifting and plunging over obstacles. Half (or less) the cost of equivalent Under Armour and ExOfficio options, and highly durable, these have become my standard "go-to" gear. Ever have a hike, with unexpectedly rough terrain that resulted in chaffing in the upper, inner thigh area? Unfortunately I have experienced this once to the degree that bandages were needed for a week afterwards. Columbia Freezer Zero Bandana

rated 3 of 5 stars 5-Star Fabric and Concept: This bandana has wonderful fabric, and has so much going for it technically. Wonderful fabric and concept. 5-Stars as a deluxe cloth napkin (but too expensive for this use). 3-Star Construction: Frustratingly, it's just a little too small to be very effective for use as a bandana. A small person will benefit from many more uses than I can. From Columbia site CONSTRUCTION• Omni-Freeze ZERO fabrication lowers the material’s temperature• Omni-Shade UPF 50 provides premium… Full review

L.L.Bean Men's Carrabassett Ski Pants

rated 4.5 of 5 stars Loaded with features, these ski pants double as my snowshoeing and ascent pants. They are warm enough for skiing by themselves and with a mid-weight insulating layer, they are great for alpine expedition trips. Love these pants for multi-purpose winter sports. With a good mid-weight insulating layer, they are quite food for multi-day hiking and camping, and reasonable for summitting snow alpine peaks in the Adirondacks. The price is right for these feature packed snowpants! Only thing I would like,… Full review

Loki Men's Mountain Hoodie

rated 5 of 5 stars I really, really, like this jacket!!! So, does my youngest son! Great product!!! I've had mine for 7 years now and the blue outer is just now starting to show signs of wear near the cuff. I've used the jacket from fall to spring for the last 7 years and the only jacket I own for protection. Great with t-shirt, long sleeve tee, or heavier pullover used as first layer under the Loki Jacket. I used it at work when working outdoors (Craig, Co and it gets cold there) for several hours with no break to… Full review
