"This air mattress is great for backpacking because it is incredibly comfortable, and it is also compact (5x4x8). It is heavier than a ridge-rest, but I appreciate that it can be carried INSIDE my pack, rather than strapped on the outside with my ice-axe, crampons, and rope. Not suitable for camping on snow."
