Amazing pullover! I have had two since the turn of the century. It seems to be just a nylon, woven, zippered neck pullover, but once you wear it outside you begin to understand the name, Cool Weather Top.

It is very wind resistant. Stretch fabric, nice fit. Smooth outer surface and fuzzy inside work very well. I treated it with Nikwax Polar Proof and now it is very water resistant as well.

I wear it out mountain biking alone in the mid fifties, and with a merino wool T-shirt under it if it gets cooler. It has a back zippered pocket with two zipper pulls. They make the same fabric in tights (loose) as well.

The product was not available for the last several years, but apparently enough people asked for it again and Patagonia has it in this fall 2005 catalog.
