"I have had this jacket since 1989. It has been tested in many different climates both in Alaska and in the Rockies it has climbed Mt. Rainier and has always kept me dry and warm.

Come last year it lost its ability to repel moisture. I called Patagonia and they promptly asked me to send it back and within 10 days they had sent me a new one."

"I bought this jacket eight years ago and have many good things to say about this garment as well as Patagonia as a company. I had a small tear in the sleeve and sent it back to the company to have it repaired. I have never had a company call me back to see if I was happy with the FREE work they did! Thanks, Patagonia."
