Here's what other sites are saying:

From Oregon Mountain Community:
"The wintry Patagonia Nanuq Jacket is built for the north. It features a waterproof recycled-polyester shell filled with 650-fill-power goose down and lined with quilted taffeta. High-pile fleece slims the insulated collar and hood; the removable hood secures with a zipper and two chin snaps that protect the face from arctic blasts. This bomber-style jacket has two zippered handwarmer pockets and internal reach-through security pockets. Elasticized cuffs and waistband seal out cold and spindrift. Available In: Sable Brown Patagonia Nanuq Jacket Features: Main zip with double wind flaps and snap closures Insulated collar and hood are lined with high pile fleece Removable hood attaches with zipper and two stealthy snaps to protect face from wind and chafing seams Fleece backed chin flap; wide, elasticized cuffs and waistband Two zippered handwarmer pockets lined with microfleece; two internal reach-across security pockets Quilted taffeta lining Waist length; regular fit Materials: Shell: 5.8-oz 100% dobbyweave recycled polyester Insulation: 650-fill goose down Weight: 1000 g (35.27 oz)"

From Patagonia.com:
"The Nanuq?s biggest downside: no more excuse for arriving late on snow days. Its thick 600-fill-power goose down holds heat better than cast iron, and the nicely canvas-textured waterproof/breathable H2No polyester shell (50% recycled) blocks wind, rain and snow with aplomb. Batten-down-the-hatches details include a downproof lining that slides easily over layers; a removable, insulated hood; a zip-through, microfleece-lined stand-up collar; a wind flap; zippered, microfleece-lined handwarmer pockets; drop-in chest pockets; a welded, zippered vertical chest pocket; elasticized hook-and-loop-closure cuffs; and a drawcord hem."

"This is one bomber winter jacket. By far the warmest jacket in my arsenal - to the extent that I almost look forward to a -20 below Montana winter just to see how warm I can be when it's that frickin cold out.

Only criticism: I wish the neck were cut a little bigger."
