Here's what other sites are saying:

From Backcountry.com:
"The Patagonia Stretch Element Jacket adds the element of stretch and surprising softness--to an already awesome shell. Venture into the teeth of the storm with the 3-way roll-down Optipull hood. Ventilate your hardworking, ripped torso with the combination pitzip/handwarmer pockets. Store food or whatever in the high-volume chest pocket, and layer away with the offset zipper designed to accommodate Regulator insulated tops."

From Oregon Mountain Community:
"The Stretch Element Jacket is Patagonia's fully featured climbing shell for active use in sustained brutal weather, is as light and mobile as can be without compromising waterproofness. And this season, fewer compromises (of lightness, stretch, softness) have to be made. Their new stitch-free Composite Seam Systemâ„¢ construction enhances compressibility and durability, minimizes weight, and speeds surface dry time. They've also added 3-layer reinforcements over the shoulders and down sleeves. Details: anatomically contoured, perforated hook-and-loop cuffs; two internal and four external pockets; a sculpted hem for gymnastic climbing moves; and a contoured, trim fit (femininely shaped) that's slightly shorter in length. With pit zips that are independent from chest pockets, a roll-down, three-way Optipull hood, and a removable between-the-legs strap to keep the jacket from riding up."

"First, Patagonia still makes this jacket. It now comes with the Composite Seam System. It's very lightweight and durable. I always have it with me. It rains a lot in Louisiana. I got mine on sale at Patagonia.com."

"Patagonia no longer makes this jacket, however you can still find it from catalog outfits. It is light for a three-layer waterproof, breathable shell and packs down about the size of a cantaloupe. I love the fit and feel of it and it has well thought out features like inside pockets big enough for a water bottle."

"This is a really nice jacket, I picked mine up at 160 USD, which I think is an excellent price for what you get. The jacket is very lightweight, but has many useful features. It has five decent size pockets, a really good adjustable hood, and plenty of ventilation options."
