This jacket is exactly perfect for so many uses --for everything except very cold and super wet weather. This jacket can be stuffed into a small backpack pocket or wadded up and put anywhere. It is comfortable, it breathes and is waterproof enough with the added bonus of having an excellent hood capable of covering a bike helmet. The detachable crotch strap is perfect for riding or climbing. It ain't no stinking mall jacket. This is the real deal.

I write from experience--as hard core as I wanna be--15 years in the Pacific NW and now Michigan.

Furthermore, this jacket with proper layering will get you through nasty weather.

People out this way East of the Miss. do not understand that Patagonia is freaking GEAR not yuppie scum mall trash. Respect the KRUSHELL because if you are the real deal you know.
