Primus Historical Stoves

I came across these in museums in New Zealand this month.

This is not a review. I have not used these stoves. Nobody has for nearly a century. I was struck by the simplicity of the design and the high level of reliability they must have had to be used how they were. I also couldn't help but notice how similar in design many of today's stoves are. These were hardy gear for very hardy folks. If you've used one, I'd love to hear about it!
