Sturdy yet lightweight polyurethane-coated nylon is seam-sealed to block out rain and wind--Cascade rainwear uses PVC-free materials. Elastic waist adjusts easily for a secure fit. Knees have polyester mesh underneath the waterproof shell for protected ventilation. Adjustable hook-and-loop cuff tabs seal out the rain. Reflective print on hems increases child's visibility."
