"Gossamer is a great-fitting, great-feeling insulating jacket that works even in wet weather--a refined, modern alternative to a down jacket! Pertex® Quantum nylon ripstop shell is lightweight and durable, and offers silky softness that enhances the insulation's loft. DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish causes water to bead up and roll off, fending off light rain showers and snow. Incredibly lightweight, PrimaLoft® One insulation is an ultra-fine microfiber blend that delivers down-like softness yet is water repellent. Designed with reduced insulation in sleeves for more comfort and less bulk. Integral storm hood is soft and warm; features smooth stretch binding around face and a perhipheral drawcord adjustment at back of head. Front zipper with inside wind flap and soft, comfortable chin guard protects you from zipper abrasion. Stretch binding at cuffs and drawcord hem helps keep warmth in and cold out. Features two zippered hand pockets and one inside security pocket.
