"Good soft shell jacket. Bought it on sale at REI and put it on with a light shirt and turtle neck in a freezing wind (34F and 12' and 15 mph wind) Was actually warmer than my duty jacket.

The sleeves may be a bit tight but I think I can layer under or over it."
