User Review: REI Polar Pod +20

Price Paid: $89
I bought this bag in preparation for a three-week trip to Yellowstone and the Tetons. I was on a budget so I took a chance on a cheaper bag instead of a name brand like North Face or Kelty.
I couldn't be happier with my decision. It got down in the low 40s and I was quite comfortable wrapped up in this bag. And I got a laugh when we got a freak thunderstorm that flooded our tent one afternoon. We strung a line and hung our bags up to dry afterwards. My Polar Pod was completely dry by bedtime and my tent-mates had to sleep in their damp North Face bags.
Only complaint I have about this bag is I am 6 feet tall and bought a long bag. It's a little too long. In retrospect I would have gotten the regular length.
