Rating: rated 5 of 5 stars
Fabric: REI Elements
Price Paid: $140 SALE!

Oh man, what a deal. I got this jacket on a sale and it was more of a deal than I thought it would be.

First of, this thing is LIGHT. I thought that would be a problem but it's totally waterproof. I mean soaking rain pouring down WATERPROOF.

Second, the fit is fantastic. It stretches "just" right and feels totally natural. And it really is breathable, no sweat. Using it as a shell layer over even thick jackets doesn't seem to be much of a problem. Total comfort. I can see why the regular price on this was $240!

The BEST part though is packability. This thing squishes into a really small space so it goes with me practically everywhere.

Couldn't ask for more.
