Love this bag. I have a heavy bag (see below) and needed a great TRUE three-season bag for Colorado/ Wyoming mountain weather. I wanted LIGHT and WARM and SMALL. This is it. It really does live up to it's temp rating (IMHO). Packs really small. Good features. Just got back from Wyoming where it rained EVERY day and temps in the 30's. I stayed plenty warm.
Previously tried a North Face Flight… what a disaster. Barely warm enough for an indoors sleepover and completely useless outdoors in all but mid-summer at low elevations. Useless. This is smaller, lighter, and WAY warmer.
I have a zero degree Moonstone that is just awesome… but it's 3.? lbs and is the old Gore-Tex model (before they figured out that's not the best for down bags!). Frankly, it's more like a one season bag: winter.
Highly recommend this bag for what it is.
