This pack is great for first time backpackers. The pack has great cushioning in both the shoulder and hip belt. Very roomy and the side zippers make it easy to pack/unpack without having to take everything out!

- Heavy for a long trip
- Could use trek pole holders
The pack works very well. It is a great fit for a womanly shape. It is very comfortable. Very spacious, even had room for my 3-person tent inside the a pack. When carrying a lot of weight it sits comfortably.
Overall, the pack is very supportive and comfortable.
