It's a good basic running belt. The pouch is handy for keys or small items, but not a phone or wallet. It's not water resistant and is a bit difficult to access...even getting keys in and out is a bit tricky, but it does hold the items tight so they don't bounce around.

The bottle is a solid, triangular design that holds 600 mL and fits nicely in my hand for grabbing a drink while running. The wide opening of the drink pouch makes it easy to put back while running also. The bottle certainly does not leak.

The belt tends to turn a bit while running... I'm not sure if it's trying to find its happy place, but early in the run when the bottle is still full I have to occasionally turn the belt back into position. Not a big deal though. I find the belt bounces a fair bit, again while the bottle is more full, though not annoyingly.

The back of the belt pouch is a soft,  comfortable material.

Background

Running, up to 10 km. Bottle isn't really big enough for longer runs.
