Salomon Trail Comp 2

Break-in Period: 3 months
Weight: 75 kg
Price Paid: $110
Weak mesh. All is excellent and looks like new, but mesh fails quickly without damage from outside. No rogaining, no orienteering, no off-road events (my several old shoes look terribly, but still alive in those conditions) - just walking and soft running. The worst strength of brand running footwear I met. Why does Salomon choose so weak material for Trail (!!!) model?
Here's what other sites are saying:
Despite their reasonable price, the Salomon Men's Trail Comp 2 Trail Running Shoes deliver what you need to take your training regimen to the next level. For a pressure-point-free fit, simply pull the Quickfit system's laces and the Sensifit design tightens evenly around your foot. A small pocket on the gusseted tongue keeps the laces out of the way. Under the lightweight and highly breathable mesh upper lies a dual-density EVA midsole that features the Salomon Cushioning System. Salomon engineered this chassis to reduce heel strike impact, control pronation, and increase forefoot energy transmission as you push off.
