Scarpa NTN Freedom Binding with 110 Brakes. Putting the power of Rottefella's NTN telemark binding system in a package designed specifically for backcountry skiing, the NTN Freedom is lighter in weight and offers a greater range of motion in free-pivot touring mode than its burlier cousin, the NTN Freeride binding. It weighs in at 1 pound, 10 ounces per binding, and offers 60 degrees range of motion in walk mode. Other features of the NTN Freedom binding include lateral release, two heel-elevation heights and interchangeable Powerblocks with three stiffnesses that change the tension, and downhill performance based on skier profile and conditions. Size: Large w/medium stiffness. FEATURES. Comes standard with 110mm brakes. Easy in/out. Increased lateral stability. Lateral release function. Less active than the NTN Freeride.
